We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please provide photos and quote your order number on the email trail. If your return is accepted, depending on your location, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Depending on the situation of the return e.g wrong size or wrong product ordered, the customer will have to bear the cost of returning the item to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Upon acceptance, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have good faith in our suppliers to ensure our products are delivered without issues, however, these things can happen. Please take clear photos of the damages and include your invoice next to the item clearly showing the date of purchase and email it to us at : firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us on : email@example.com, confirm the order number and item that you are returning and why. Based on the information you have provided us, we will advise you accordingly. If accepted, we will then send you a confirmation email to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
You will be refunded only the item costs. The shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
