Shipping Policy

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times. All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once this has been completed, it is handed over to the shipping company for delivery. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

All orders are dispatched out of New Zealand.

NZ Orders take 3-7 business days for shipping delivery.

Australia Orders take 3-14 business days for shipping delivery.

Worldwide Orders take 5-25 business days for shipping delivery. 

Please note, for international orders, this does not include delays with customs. 

For some countries, this may take longer but please regularly check your tracking information when received. 

Due to the global pandemic and the increased pressure on international carriers, delays may occur. These issues are outside of our control.

International Shipping

Disclaimer : Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Customs fees may apply based on local regulations when we ship internationally across borders. The fee may vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Krus-Teez Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We ask that you provide a physical address to avoid any delays with your order. If you have any questions, please contact us on :
